We’re looking for a full-time Technology Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator to help us create quotes from submitted requests and purchasing and procurement functions.  

 

As a Technology Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator you will be receiving, warehousing, and delivering products in a manner consistent with company procedures and cost objectives. You will be responsible for purchasing hardware and software for our client and the inventory in our warehouse.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

• Quickly and accurately turn around quotes 

• Maintain or exceed margin expectations 

• Create accurate PO, invoice, and other record keeping 

• Organize and properly stock warehouse 

• Inventory and keep stock of consumable items 

• Learn historical buying patterns  

 

WHO YOU ARE: 

• Organized: You will need to be organized to increase productivity and maximize efficiency  

• Empathetic: You are empathetic to our client's situation and understanding their frustrations 

• Independent: You can work independently and with little supervision in a fast-moving environment  

• Willing to learn: You are eager to learn and develop professionally 

• Experience: Basic knowledge of technology products (computers, software, phones, etc.)
