SALES EXECUTIVE
The ideal Sales Executive for Radcomp Technologies possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, is driven to proactively address the client's current and future needs and can facilitate the sale process from the presentation of appropriate solutions to overcoming objections, and finally to securing a signed contract. You need to be able to contribute to an increase in top-line revenues, profitability, and conduct business relationships at the highest of standards set by Radcomp.
The Sales Executive must understand, appreciate, and be passionate about advanced information technology, cloud services, and cybersecurity solutions, as well as all they encompass relative to the success of our clients' businesses. It is imperative that you align with the culture and core values of Radcomp.
You must be entrepreneurial in ability & spirit, disciplined in follow-through & documentation, and accountable to KPIs & process execution. As a viable candidate to become our Sales Executive, you should have a proven track record of high success in strategic and consultative selling.
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

Research new and qualify assigned leads to ensure they fit our description of an ideal client.

Conduct initial cold calls, make follow-up warm calls, launch lead nurturing sequences, and email marketing campaigns.

Spend a significant amount of time conducting web/in-person presentations, documenting results, and planning & executing follow-up activities.

Follow our defined sales process and methodology for each and every prospective client.

Nurture your leads through the sales funnel and client lifecycle progression utilizing our CRM and other sales enablement tools that we will provide.

Stay up-to-date as a subject matter expert in our industry and be knowledgeable about our competition and community.

Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs on a daily basis to continually improve sales performance.

Represent the company at various external functions such as networking events, trade shows, business meetings, local gatherings, etc.

Demonstrate a working knowledge of the sales cycle and buyer's journey specific to our target ideal clients.

Embrace sales coaching, structure, self-improvement, and the importance of accountability to KPIs.

Possess excellent communication, negotiation, critical thinking, and time-management skills.

Be hungry for success, tenacious in goal achievement, resilient to rejection, and positive in the face of overcoming challenges.

Experience in the practical application of CRM software and MS Office/Google Suite, on a daily basis.

Have a BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field with three to five years of successful B2B sales experience.
