an amazing job managing the number of things involved in accomplishing the changeover.”

Odegaard notes that in addition to taking care of day-to-day IT maintenance and project

matters such as risk mitigation planning, software leases, updates, multi-year financial

planning and biannual budgeting, even helping coordinate with the Oregon Department of
