SERVICE COORDINATOR

We are seeking a Service Coordinator who will be responsible for attaining maximum utilization of internal and field resources through daily dispatch of service requests. This person will be the key organizing force to ensure client satisfaction through proper follow through, triaging and managing of service requests and helping to manage client expectations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Pre-process service requests as they arrive through email, manual entry, or direct customer input

Schedule internal and field technical resources based on priority, impact, age and efficiency considerations

Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of service requests

Provide constant communication to our customers by keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes to the schedule or known outages/downtime

Work with the Service Manager to coordinate all IT support groups to ensure maximum utilization of billable resources and to maximize effectiveness

Tailor communication style and troubleshooting delivery to match knowledge or skill level of end user

Serve as part of an on-call rotation for after-hours support

Work in a flexible and collaborative manner

Ensure confidentiality and security of all information
