LEVEL 2 BUSINESS IT ADMIN
**Please be advised this position is located in WHITE SALMON, WA. approximately a 60 minute drive east of Portland/Vancouver, please be aware that this job would require commuting daily to the office, however company benefits do include a company vehicle and a gas card**
Thanks for your interest in Radcomp Technologies. We are a quickly growing MSP provider, that offers cutting edge IT business support to local businesses throughout the Gorge, Portland Metro area, and Eugene. We are located in beautiful White Salmon, WA. just north of Hood River OR, in the heart of the Gorge. We are currently looking to add another Level 2 IT admin to our support staff. To be qualified a candidate must have the following.

- Bachelor's degree in Networking or IT Admin or 4+ years of related work experience
- MCSA or other certifications a plus
- Knowledge of Windows Server environment
- Knowledge of Layer 2 network infrastructure (routing, switching, VLANS, etc)
- Experience working with Microsoft Hyper-V Virtualization
- Experience with Office 365 and Google Apps Suite is a plus
- Experience in Microsoft Exchange and SQL
- Experience with 3CX or other VoiP phone systems is a plus
- The ability to troubleshoot networking related issues, (help desk experience is a plus)
- Excellent intra-personal skills
- Must have an exceptional customer service focused attitude
- Coach-able attitude
- Punctual personality
- Effective time management skills
- The ability to lift 50 pounds for short periods of time un-assisted
